Ricky the dog was a cute maltese. But he was a very fierce dog which bites whenever someone touches his tail. It turns out that when he was a puppy, an abuser has pulled his tail and hurted him. Ricky developed a fear ever since.

Ricky has found a good family in the end and his fear was alleviated by the loving family who took care of him. He pass away peacefully few years ago in the warm embrace of his owner. Even though Ricky still would not allow outsiders to touch his tail, he would allow his owner to touch.

I find myself like Ricky, attacking whoever whenever someone gets near my tail- the tail which i fear will be hurt again. I hope I can be like Ricky- finding a home where I can find the love and inner peace again.
